We at Macsin, would like to ensure that all our users are fully satisfied with their purchase from our platform. As such, we shall provide all users with a standard fourteen (14) day return policy which is subjected to the terms and conditions hereinafter appearing.
In the event a user received a defective product and wishes to utilize the fourteen (14) day return policy, the following steps shall apply.
User shall click the “Report Defect” button on the platform delivery page within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the said goods. This action should bring the user to the private message page.
The user shall forward pictures of the product condition to the seller in the private message page as proof that the products received are in fact defective.
Upon confirmation by the seller for the acceptance of the said return, a mailing address will be provided.
The user must return the defective product in its original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and documentation). Cost of delivery shall be covered by the user.
In the event the user opted for a replacement, the replacement product will be sent out as soon as possible upon the seller’s receipt of the defective product and the user will be notified of the process via the platform. Should stocks run out, restocking will take at least twenty one (21) working days.
In the event the user opted for a refund, the refund will be debited into the user’s e-wallet within seven (7) days from the seller’s receipt of the defective product.
All return and refund of any purchases shall be subject to the following conditions:
- Item(s) must be returned within fourteen (14) days from receipt with original packaging
- Item(s) must be unused with all original tags/labels/accessories attached/intact
